Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Location: Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Lockport, IL We're growing! Bettenhausen CDJR is expanding our Sales BDC team to administer and generate leads for 3 locations! We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded professionals to join our family-owned organization. What You'll Do * Connect with customers and set/maintain appointments from our database. * Follow up on leads promptly and professionally. * Build and nurture lasting relationships with both sold and unsold customers. * Track and update data accurately daily. * Complete training quickly and apply it in your role. * Represent the Bettenhausen culture with positivity, energy, and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone). * A motivated, goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Prior BDC or automotive experience is a preferred! Compensation & Schedule * Competitive hourly pay based on experience. * Monthly bonuses. * Full-time, 5 days per week. * Some evenings and Saturdays required.
