PD WATER SYSTEMS is a pump and water systems manufacturer based in Miami, Fl. We distribute products across the US and Latin America and have a strong presence in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Central America. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

:

• Process all customer purchase orders.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of all orders that come from our customers.
• Make sure that all information is transferred accurately into the operations system.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Interact with different groups of the organization to be a liaison between the customer and the company.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Present quotes for products, as requested by the customer.
• Learn and understand our product line.
• Educate existing and potential customers about our products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to follow up with quality of service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
