Job Title: Seasonal SalesAssociate We are hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for our retail operation . This position is perfect for candidates who excel in high-energy retail environments , have proven sales skills , and are looking for a seasonal opportunity . Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service * Promote, demonstrate, and sell products to meet sales goals * Assist customers with product selection and features * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately * Process returns and exchanges following company procedures * Support daily port operations and work as part of a team Requirements * U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required * availability during cruise season (Thursday -Monday, weekends required) * Proven retail or sales experience * Strong communication and customer engagement skills * Ability to work in fast-paced environments * Cash-handling and basic computer skills * Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs * Teller or money-remittance experience (MoneyGram / Western Union) is a plus * Bilingual preferred * Dependable and responsible candidates only Compensation: The Seasonal Sales Associate position includes both basic and lead roles. Candidates may be hired at either level depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement to a lead role are available for strong performers.
