Job description: Hair Transplant Sales Consultant (Base + Commission) Location: On-site / Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (High earning potential) Job Description We are seeking a Hair Transplant Sales Consultant to join our growing medical aesthetics clinic. This role is responsible for converting qualified leads into booked hair transplant procedures. This is a high-ticket sales position , not customer service. You will speak directly with patients, educate them on hair restoration options, handle objections, and close cases confidently and ethically. Responsibilities * Conduct phone, video, and in-person consultations with qualified leads * Educate patients on hair transplant procedures, graft counts, pricing, and financing options * Build trust and guide patients through the decision-making process * Handle objections related to price, timing, and expectations * Close sales and collect deposits * Follow up with leads to maximize conversion * Maintain accurate notes in the CRM * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Requirements * Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (medical, aesthetic, dental, or high-ticket sales preferred) * Strong communication and closing skills * Comfortable discussing pricing and payment options * Professional, confident, and results-driven * Reliable, organized, and accountable Preferred Qualifications * Experience in hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, or medical aesthetics * Experience with financing programs (CareCredit, Cherry, etc.) * CRM experience * Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Commission per closed case * Performance-based bonuses * Growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.75 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
