Duties * Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. * Conduct detailed needs analysis by listening carefully to clients' financial situations and insurance requirements to recommend suitable coverage options. * Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal solutions. * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating client information in CRM systems. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach when applicable. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy features clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA regulations related to client privacy and benefits administration. Qualifications * Valid state license as an Insurance Producer or equivalent certification required; active license must be maintained throughout employment. * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex policy details clearly and persuasively. * Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. * Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, marketing strategies, and benefits management is preferred. * Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
