Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to achieve revenue goals. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data - Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote the company and its products Experience: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships - Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Skills: - Account management - Outside sales - Spanish (nice-to-have) - Business development - Analytical skills to assess market trends - Negotiation skills for closing deals effectively - Strong customer service orientation - Sales expertise in understanding customer needs and preferences This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
