Job Summary
OS Business Concepts is expanding across the Bay Area and adding motivated Client Account Representatives to our growing customer, sales, and account management team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in client management, customer support, sales strategy, telecommunications, wireless services, and business development. As a Client Account Representative, you'll work directly with clients and customers to answer questions, manage accounts, support enrollments, and guide people through wireless and internet service options. You'll learn how to handle client communication, build customer relationships, and contribute to daily sales and account goals--all while developing real leadership skills. What You 'll Do as a Client Account Representative
- Communicate with customers daily to explain wireless plans, internet services, mobility options, upgrades, and account changes
- Support client accounts, assist with new customer enrollment, and provide customer follow-up
- Deliver strong customer service, customer support, and client communication during every interaction
- Recommend the best telecom, wireless, and internet solutions based on individual needs
- Maintain accurate account notes, customer updates, and service records
- Assist management with sales goals, account retention goals, and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with the team to strengthen client relationships, customer engagement, and account management processes
- Stay updated on telecom services, promotions, pricing, and wireless technology
- Represent OS Business Concepts with professionalism, positivity, and reliability What Makes You a Strong Fit

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or account support is helpful but not required Pay: $50,265.14 - $60,534.37 per year
