Outside Sales Representative Job Summary The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face interactions and field visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. * Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
