Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face interactions and field visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills
