Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. A successful representative will be proficient in data entry and possess the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide necessary information. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. * Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and multitasking. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficiency in general computer skills. * Previous experience in sales or client services is advantageous. * Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions effectively. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
