Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow and manage commercial accounts for our wholesale distribution business. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts with retailers, distributors, and other business clients. Key Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with B2B customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and corporate accounts * Prospect new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers * Present product offerings, pricing, and promotions to clients * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines * Manage customer accounts, including order follow-ups, pricing updates, and issue resolution * Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain accurate records of sales activities Qualifications * 1+ years of B2B sales experience * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Ability to work independently and manage sales territory * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Preferred Skills * Experience working with high-volume accounts * Knowledge of wholesale pricing, margins, and distribution processes * Strong organizational and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Health benefits and paid time off * Growth and advancement opportunities Why Join Us Join a growing wholesale distributor with a strong product portfolio, established customer base, and opportunities for career development in a fast- paced sales environment.
