Essential Job Responsibilities * Connect with pre-qualified leads out of our state-of-the-art sales center located on the top floor of Club Wyndham Austin Resort * Review the current vacation style of each guest and tailor the sales pitch to meet individual wants/needs * Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. as a VIP owner * Sell and close the deal by utilizing company tools and techniques taught during training * Provide follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction * Effectively present and deliver each sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements * Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings * Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends * All leads are provided and pre-qualified by Wyndham's award-winning on-site marketing team!
