Responsibilities

• Connect with pre-qualified leads out of our state-of-the-art sales center located on the top floor of Club Wyndham Austin Resort
• Review the current vacation style of each guest and tailor the sales pitch to meet individual wants/needs
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. as a VIP owner
• Sell and close the deal by utilizing company tools and techniques taught during training
• Provide follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Effectively present and deliver each sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
• All leads are provided and pre-qualified by Wyndham's award-winning on-site marketing team!

Requirements

• Ability to overcome objections and common objections
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
