(Not licensed yet? Inquire with us for guidance!) The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping people find their perfect home. This position requires a motivated individual who is willing to work hard and learn quickly. An experienced Real Estate Agent is preferred, but we are also open to hiring an untrained individual who is eager to learn and willing to receive training. This is a 1099, commission only position. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties. This includes finding suitable properties for customers, preparing and presenting offers, and helping to negotiate agreements. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, staying up to date on market trends, and other tasks related to real estate transactions. The successful candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be organized, and be able to work independently. A valid driver's license is also required.
