Job Title: Associate Regional Sales Manager * Location: Remote Department: Sales Reports To: VP of Domestic Sales The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification. They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required. * Job Summary: The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) will support the VP of Domestic Sales by driving business growth and supporting sales efforts across the region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and assisting Sales Representatives with sales, product knowledge, and inventory control. * Supervisory Responsibilities: * None. * Duties/Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales tools and materials that enhance sales effectiveness. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional sales. * Assist Sales Representatives with inventory management and logistics to ensure product availability. * Develop and implement action plans for regional training and product knowledge enhancement. * Coordinate regional workshops and provide case coverage to support sales initiatives. * Join Sales Representatives to offer product knowledge and sales assistance. * Support local meeting coordination for Sales Rep teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution. * Required Skills/Abilities: * Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels of the organization. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to various audience levels. * Experience in delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset. * Education and Experience: * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry. * At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on product management or sales support. * Physical Requirements: * Travel up to 75% of the time, primarily within the region to meet with clients and Sales Representatives. * Occasional travel to company headquarters or other regions may be required. * Ability to work extended hours during peak sales periods or to meet project deadlines. _ TriMed, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability that can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status._
