Join Iron Bodyfit - Certified EMS Coach & Sales Associate - Coral Gables Iron Bodyfit , a global leader in Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) with over 200 studios worldwide, is looking for a Certified EMS Coach & Sales Associate to join our Coral Gables team. What You'll Do: * Coach EMS Sessions : Deliver safe, effective, and motivating 20-minute EMS training sessions tailored to each member. * Drive Sales : Promote and sell memberships and Iron Bodyfit products (Iron Pack), with personalized client follow-up. * Prospect Locally : Engage in street and in-store prospecting to generate new leads and increase brand visibility. * Community Engagement : Represent Iron Bodyfit at local events and build partnerships with nearby businesses. * Welcome New Members : Guide newcomers through onboarding and help them feel part of the Iron Bodyfit family. * Create a Premium Experience : Ensure every client session is engaging, professional, and goal-driven. Requirements: * Certified Fitness Coach - MANDATORY (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent). * Sales experience in fitness services or wellness products. * Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED. * Outgoing, energetic, and results-driven personality. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Team player who can also work independently. * Passionate about health and fitness -- you'll be expected to participate in EMS sessions yourself.
