Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a thorough understanding of insurance products. Bilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse client needs. As part of our team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand market reach * Engage in negotiation to tailor insurance policies that meet client needs * Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and policy updates * Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage options * Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing ongoing support * Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness * Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards * Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages if bilingual skills are possessed Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or related retail sales environments * Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively * Experience with sales administration, marketing, and customer service functions * Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse populations * Familiarity with analysis skills for assessing client needs and risk factors * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration preferred but not required * Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is advantageous * Commercial property management knowledge is a plus This position offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in insurance sales while providing valuable services to clients.
