• Prospect and acquire new business accounts across various industries needing safety and PPE solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide consultative solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What Do You Bring?
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) communication (written & verbal)
• Hunter mentality - energized by chasing leads and closing deals
• Resilient and self-motivated with a strong drive to win
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visit MT2
