A Day in the Life: * Meet and exceed assigned sales quota and objectives * Build consultative relationships with interventional radiologists, nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and supply chain teams * Travel within assigned territory and maintain active presence at top accounts * Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert accounts * Present product features and benefits using proper sales techniques * Manage sales pipeline and administrative tasks (reports, CRM updates, etc.) * Attend sales meetings, training programs, and industry events Must-Have: * Bachelors degree * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Nice-to-Have: * Medical device sales experience (OR/IR) * Strong customer focus and organizational skills * Willingness to travel extensively Compensation: * Base Salary: up to $90k * Variable Compensation in addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals * Company vehicle * Travel expenditure estimate All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
