Are you looking for a job selling a service that genuinely helps the environment? Are you a team player, willing to work with our tree-hugging team to grow our composting business? We're looking for a charismatic, hard- working, and highly adaptive team member to bring in the big businesses ready to change their waste management systems. Job

Responsibilities

include:

• Securing new contracts for our food waste collection service, via a combination of warm leads, cold calls, and networking at trade shows/ events.
• On site visits to assess client needs and how we can best provide our service
• Finalize new client contracts, facilitate a seamless set up, and submit new account paperwork.
• Provide on site training as part of client onboarding
• Provide high quality customer service with existing clients.
• Be a liaison between our team and client to address any issues gracefully
• Tabling at our Sunday Farmers market once a month
• Attendance at weekly team meeting Skills Required:
• B2B Sales Experience
• CRM Software Experience
• Reliable vehicle for on site visits
• Willingness to travel as needed for trade shows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English). Creole or French would be great too.
• Comfortable speaking to small groups and educating staff
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Warm, friendly demeanor Preferred: food industry experience is a plus! Pay: 2 options for pay: 1 - $2000/month Base pay plus 9% commission for the 1st 12 months of every new contract and 3% commission starting the 2nd year thereafter. 2 - no base with 20% commission for the 1st 12 months on new contracts and 5% starting on the 2nd year thereafter. Expected salary $50,000-$100,000. Details can be discussed during the interview.
