Job Overview Ryan Nicholson Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we offer Home, Auto, Life, Commercial, Specialty, Umbrella, and many other products to our customers. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Requirements * Previous experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services. * Must be licensed with General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health in TX or willing to attain both licenses in next 30 days. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Flexibility to work in both office and outside sales environments. * Professional phone/email/text etiquette. * Works well with other employees and is a team player. * Driven and goal-oriented individual. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities. * Conduct insurance quotes, sales presentations, and close sales. * Solicit new business opportunities by telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products accordingly. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. * Utilize sales techniques to generate new business.
