About the Role FEITIAN US is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solutions Sales Manager to accelerate growth of our Smart Payment & IoT business in the U.S. market. This role is critical to expanding FEITIAN 's footprint as a leading provider of payment terminals and integrated software solutions. You will work closely with ISOs, ISVs, payment processors, gateways, channel partners, and enterprise customers to deliver customized, scalable payment solutions. The ideal candidate combines solution-based sales expertise , strong payments ecosystem knowledge , and the ability to build tailor-made offerings by aligning customer requirements with FEITIAN's hardware, software, and certification capabilities. You will play a key role in driving design wins, certifications, and long-term partnerships that embed FEITIAN technology into partner and customer solutions. Key Responsibilities _ - Sales & Business Development_ * Own and execute sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets across assigned markets and accounts. * Drive solution-led selling , positioning FEITIAN payment terminals and technologies as part of integrated OEM and ISV solutions. * Manage the full sales lifecycle--from initial engagement and solution discovery through contract negotiation and close. _ - OEM, ISV & Channel Enablement_ * Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with ISOs, ISVs, OEMs, payment processors, and gateways to enable scalable go-to-market solutions. * Lead and support OEM solution design wins , ensuring FEITIAN products are embedded into partner platforms, vertical solutions, and customized deployments. * Oversee and drive EMV, P2PE, and other required certifications in collaboration with partners, engineering, and product teams. _ - Solution & Technical Collaboration_ * Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and operations to define customer-ready solutions that meet technical, regulatory, and market requirements. * Translate customer and partner needs into clear solution requirements and value propositions. * Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to customers throughout the solution lifecycle. - Market & Account Management * Drive new business across key verticals including retail, unattended, kiosk, EV charging, gaming, mobile payments, and OEM applications. * Develop and expand opportunities in new territories directly and through channel partners or distributors. * Maintain deep knowledge of payment industry trends , standards, and emerging technologies to identify new solution opportunities. - Reporting & Customer Advocacy * Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting. * Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to help shape FEITIAN's roadmap. * Act as a primary point of contact for customer and partner issues, coordinating internally to ensure successful deployments and long-term satisfaction. Qualifications * 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in the U.S. payments industry (preferred). * Strong understanding of payment terminals, electronic payments ecosystems, and solution-based selling. * Demonstrated experience working with ISOs, ISVs, OEMs, processors, or gateways to deliver integrated payment solutions. * Familiarity with EMV, P2PE, and certification-driven sales cycles. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong organizational, analytical, and pipeline management skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a hands-on, "can-do" mindset. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. * Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
