Our client is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join their established agency in Vero Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow a commercial insurance book of business. * Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and strategic sales activities. * Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Work closely with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. * Maintain organized records and uphold the agency's ethical and professional standards. Qualifications * Commercial Insurance Experience: Proven success in commercial lines sales or account management. * Carrier & Market Access Knowledge: Strong familiarity with multiple carriers, underwriting guidelines, and available market options. * Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close business, and consistently meet production goals. * Client Service Skills: Detailoriented, responsive, and dedicated to client satisfaction and longterm relationship building. * Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and ethical in handling client accounts and agency operations. * Licensure: Active Florida 2-20 (Property & Casualty) license required.
