Job Title Director of Sales Company EZRAIDER USA sells electric off-road mobility vehicles designed for stability, control, and real-world use across varied terrain. Location Miami metropolitan area, South Florida (preferred). In-person field time required for demos, test drives, events, and partner meetings. EZRAIDER USA also offers scheduled test drives and demos as part of the buying motion. Role Summary We are hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to build and lead the sales function from the ground up. This is a true player-coach role: you will architect the sales engine (process, CRM, inbound and outbound systems, hiring, training, forecasting) while also owning deals end to end. You will sell into a mix of professional and recreational use cases. EZ RAIDER vehicles are used across industries such as tourism, civil and homeland security, agriculture, and outdoor activities, alongside individual buyers. What You Will Own: Build the sales department * Design the full sales operating system: lead flow, qualification, discovery, demo workflow, pricing and proposal standards, negotiation, close, handoff, and post-sale follow-up. * Implement and enforce CRM discipline: pipeline stages, activity standards, forecasting, dashboards, and data hygiene. * Create outbound systems: ICP definition, list building, sequences, call scripts, cadences, and objection handling. * Build inbound conversion: speed-to-lead, lead qualification, follow-up SLAs, and routing. * Hire, train, and manage the team over time (SDRs, AEs, channel or dealer sales, as appropriate). Sell and close (hands-on) * Run discovery, deliver demos/test drives, and close opportunities. * Own strategic and enterprise accounts (government, security, tourism operators, commercial fleets, and other high-value segments aligned with product use cases). * Build a repeatable "demo to close" motion around vehicles and accessories (models and add-ons are a meaningful part of the offer). Go-to-market and revenue leadership * Define target segments and territory strategy (local, national, channel/dealer where relevant). * Establish pricing and packaging guardrails (vehicles, trailers, accessories) in coordination with leadership. * Create forecasting and reporting cadence (weekly pipeline review, monthly forecast, quarterly planning). * Partner with marketing to tighten lead quality and improve conversion across channels. Success Metrics (first 6 to 12 months) * CRM implemented and fully adopted with clear stages and reporting. * Outbound engine live with consistent activity, meetings set, and pipeline created. * Improved inbound conversion (speed-to-lead, show rates for demos/test drives, close rates). * Predictable forecast accuracy and a stable sales cadence. * Revenue growth with documented playbooks that enable scale beyond a single top seller. Requirements * 8+ years in sales, including 3+ years leading sales teams or building a sales function. * Proven experience building sales systems (CRM, pipeline stages, cadences, KPIs, forecasting) and not only "carrying a bag." * Demonstrated ability to sell hands-on while managing a team (player-coach). * Strong outbound capabilities (cold calling, email, partnerships) plus ability to run inbound to close. * Comfort with a product that is often sold via demos/test drives and real-world use cases. * Based in South Florida (Miami metro strongly preferred). Nice to Have * Experience selling vehicles, mobility solutions, outdoor equipment, or other demo-led products. * Experience selling to government, law enforcement, security, tourism operators, or commercial fleet buyers (fits key EZRAIDER use cases). () * Channel, dealer, or distributor network experience. * Familiarity with e-commerce plus high-touch sales (blended motion). Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, with upside tied to revenue growth and building a scalable sales org.
