Job Summary The Advisor Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales within the automotive industry. This commission based position requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service, possesses strong public speaking skills, and has a solid understanding of inventory management and retail math. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, providing expert advice on products and services, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve dealership goals. Duties * Social media experience to promote vehicles and services. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for automotive products and services. * Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate product benefits and features. * Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained efficiently to meet customer demand. * Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, including assisting with follow-ups and addressing customer inquiries. * Utilize software tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, dealership offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to customers. * Foster relationships with customers through exceptional service, ensuring a positive dealership experience that encourages repeat business. Requirements * No experience necessary, we will provide training. We welcome proven experience in customer service or sales roles. * Strong public speaking abilities with the confidence to present information clearly and persuasively. * Familiarity with inventory management practices and retail math concepts. * Proficiency in using relevant software applications for sales support and customer relationship management. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Previous experience in automotive sales or working at a dealership is highly desirable but not mandatory. * A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
