Junior Sales Development Associate (Entry-Level) About the Role Ready to launch your sales career in a fun, field-based role with big income potential? SEI Wireless Solutions is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Development Associate to join our vibrant South Florida team. This is an outside sales position where you'll spend your days meeting new people--attending networking events, visiting construction sites, connecting with hospitality and event businesses, and hunting for new customers who need our wireless communication and safety tech. If you're a people person who loves a challenge, this is your moment. We offer a solid base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities. Our top performers earn $100K+ within a couple of years--and there's room to grow even further. This is a full-time, in-person role, based in South Florida (Miami, Broward, West Palm Beach) with local travel. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply! What You 'll Do Hunt for Business: Attend events, hit construction sites, visit hospitality venues, and seek out companies who benefit from wireless communication and security technology. Build Relationships: Educate new contacts about our solutions and stay top-of-mind with clients. Show up, stay present, and stay helpful. Give Demos & Presentations: Deliver short, impactful product presentations. We'll train you to do it well. Close Sales & Upsell: Drive revenue by converting leads and growing existing accounts. Manage Accounts: Submit sales orders, set expectations, and follow-up post-sale. Happy customers = repeat customers. Use CRM & Collaborate: Log every call, email, and meeting. Share insights with the team. Work solo, but never alone.
