Our Miami office is the hub of our U.S. operations. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving Vimora's growth in the South Florida market by combining a refined understanding of luxury kitchen and bath design with proven sales expertise. This is a results-driven role requiring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, engaging clients, presenting our tailored cabinetry solutions, and converting discussions into successful projects. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong, long-term relationships across the development, architecture, and design communities to support ongoing business growth. Job Description : Experienced sales associate cabinetry/millwork experience requiredThe Sales Associate will be directly responsible for driving revenue through new business generation and closing deals. This is a results-driven role requiring a proactive approach to building a client pipeline, following up consistently, and converting prospects into paying customers. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, an eye for design, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and proficiency with CAD to effectively communicate project details. Key Responsibilities * Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting, relationship building, and deal closing. * Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, outreach, and engagement with industry professionals. * Design & Technical Coordination: Review, interpret, and present cabinetry layouts and CAD drawings to clients. Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure design intent matches client expectations. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, and builders to secure repeat business. * Market Representation: Attend trade shows, networking events, and professional gatherings to expand brand awareness and generate opportunities. * Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in CRM. Qualifications Experienced sales associate cabinetry/millwork experience required * Proven Closer: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury kitchens, baths, cabinetry, or related interiors. * Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in high-end kitchen, bath, or related interior design/millwork sales. * Design Skills: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to present design solutions to high-end clients. * Technical Skills: Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and confident in reading, interpreting, and discussing cabinetry layouts with clients and project teams. * Language Skills: Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage for engaging a broader client base. * Self-Motivated: Able to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain high sales activity levels. * Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Tools * Microsoft Office Suite -- including Word, Excel (for proposal creation, cost estimates, and trackable sales analysis), Outlook (for client communication), and PowerPoint (for presentations). * CAD Software -- proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent for reading and discussing design layouts with clients. Working Conditions * Based at Miami office with frequent local client visits. * Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings or weekends for events if required.
