About the Role As a Customer Engagement & Sales Campaign Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of live campaigns, representing respected organisations through in- person engagement. You'll educate, inspire, and guide individuals through ethical and transparent sign-up processes while helping campaigns meet and exceed their targets. This role suits confident communicators, people-focused individuals, and anyone looking to build transferable skills in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and leadership -- all while contributing to initiatives that create real impact. What You 'll Be Doing You'll engage members of the public in high-footfall environments, clearly communicating campaign messages, values, and goals. You'll help individuals understand how their support makes a difference and guide them through simple sign-up processes. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly targets while maintaining a positive, professional presence. Along the way, you'll develop strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills that translate across customer engagement, sales, and leadership pathways.
