Automation Personnel Services is seeking a driven, outgoing Mobile Sales Executive to represent an innovative, fast-expanding automotive service program across the Bay Area. Whether you've worked in inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, automotive sales, or any customer-facing role, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the service; you bring the confidence, personality, and sales energy. Compensation Package * Base salary: $65,000 per year * Weekly commission based on performance * Realistic First-Year Earnings (Salary + Commission): $72,000-$85,000+, depending on performance, location traffic, and commission tier * Strong earning potential with expected sales of $1,000-$1,500 per day Schedule and Hours Wednesday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs. Mobile Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities * Operate a company-issued van and set up daily at a designated retail location. * Actively approach, engage, and educate customers about re-key services. * Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and close on-the-spot sales. * Perform on-site key and fob services (training provided; no technical background required). * Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, completed sales, and inventory. * Serve as the professional, customer-focused face of the brand. Mobile Sales Executive Qualifications and Requirements * Sales experience of any kind: inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, call center, automotive sales -- all encouraged to apply. * High-energy communicator with strong people skills and a customer-first attitude. * Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently. * Professional appearance and strong relationship-building ability. * Ability to manage company equipment and maintain an organized mobile workspace. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
