High Point Land Company is hiring a Salaried Land Real Estate Agent focused exclusively on agricultural and rural land transactions. This role is designed for ag professionals who are ready to move out of capped sales roles and into a long-term, high-level career with real earning upside and structure. This is not commission only real estate. This is a salaried position with performance bonuses, systems, and support. What You 'll Do * Manage and close agricultural land transactions with buyers, sellers, and investors * Work closely with inside sales, operations, and leadership to move deals forward * Negotiate contracts and guide clients through complex land transactions * Build and maintain strong relationships within the ag and rural community * Focus exclusively on land and rural acreage transactions * Use CRM and internal systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and deal flow * Represent High Point with professionalism, credibility, and consistency What We 're Looking For * Background in agriculture, such as ag lending , equipment sales , agronomy, seed , fertilizer , or related fields * Strong communicator who can build trust and navigate high value conversations * Self motivated and progress driven , not just income focused * Comfortable following a proven system and being held accountable to results by your dedicated sales manager. * Illinois Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one (Required) * High standards for progress, organization, follow-through, and executionWhy High Point * Guaranteed base salary plus meaningful Performance Bonuses * Uncapped Earning Potential * Company truck provided * Warm lead handoffs and strong inside sales support * Direct daily training and mentorship from experienced leadership * Clear expectations, systems, and room to grow * Paid vacation * Professional development support At High Point Land Company, we build long-term partnerships and expect our team to take pride in their craft.
