Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Tree Services Location: Newark, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission (Target total compensation: $150,000+) About Us We represent a professional commercial tree service company specializing in large-scale maintenance, removals, and vegetation management for property managers, municipalities, HOAs, and commercial facilities. We take pride in delivering safety, reliability, and quality work with a focus on long-term client relationships. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by developing new commercial accounts and expanding our existing client base. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales--preferably in tree care, landscaping, or commercial services--and thrives in a self-directed, results-oriented environment. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, and managing client relationships from proposal through completion. Key Responsibilities * Proactively prospect and identify new commercial clients (property managers, HOAs, municipalities, developers, general contractors, etc.) * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, site visits, and referrals * Conduct site assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver professional presentations to decision-makers * Collaborate with operations and arborist teams to ensure accurate job scoping and pricing * Manage relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Maintain accurate records in CRM and report activity and pipeline progress to management Qualifications * 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience (commercial tree care, landscaping, or related service industries preferred) * Proven success in developing new accounts and meeting revenue goals * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (field travel required) * Basic understanding of tree care services or willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $60,000 annually * Commission Structure: Uncapped commissions * Growth opportunities within a respected, established company INDSJ Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
