Full description of the position
Description You have a noticeable passion for results and are ready for a new challenge. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. Responsibilities: * Achieves &/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales * Develops & builds professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography * Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs * Leverages insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges Requirements: * BA/BS degree required * 1+ years of business to business sales experience * Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments * Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication * Proven track record of success in exceeding results * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
