We're seeking a Sales Manager with existing contacts in the interior design, hospitality, and architecture industries. Your job is to generate and close high-value furniture sales through direct outreach, showroom visits, and relationship-building. This is not an entry-level role. Key Responsibilities * Actively contact and pitch to interior designers, developers, hospitality groups, and related buyers * Leverage your existing network to generate immediate opportunities * Conduct showroom tours and product walkthroughs * Assist in presenting and explaining product options, materials, and timelines * Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with high-end firms Requirements * Proven sales experience in luxury home, design, or hospitality industries * Active book of contacts in South Florida or major design markets * Excellent communication and follow-up skills * Fluent or native English; Spanish is a strong plus * Highly organized with self-managed follow-up routines * Comfortable with in-person visits and showroom sales Compensation * Base monthly salary * 10% commission on gross sales up to $1M * Performance bonuses and role expansion potential based on success Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in sales or purchasing for Interior Design, Architect or Developer projects?
