Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Work from Home Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required or ability to obtain quickly) * 1+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience preferred * Strong customer service and consultative selling skills * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities * Self-motivated and comfortable managing time in a hybrid work setting * Experience with agency management systems and quoting platforms preferred Responsibilities * Sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and recreational policies * Quote, bind, and issue new business in accordance with carrier guidelines * Prospect through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, cross-selling, and community networking * Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and referrals * Meet or exceed established sales and activity goals * Accurately document client interactions and policies in the agency management system * Stay current on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and state regulations About Us The Foster Insurance Agency of Farmers Insurance is a well established full- service agency looking for our next team member to help with agency growth.
