We are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with us. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport- building, and time-management talents to help ensure you are providing the best experience for customers. No previous industry experience? No problem! Are you currently selling another product outside of the industry, struggling to decide on a career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning a insurance career? This may be the perfect fit for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and the opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year. Experienced applicants start with a $36,000 base salary and as a top performer can expect to earn an additional $25,000 to $30,000 in commission. Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required or ability to obtain quickly)
• 1+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing time in a hybrid work setting
• Experience with agency management systems and quoting platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and recreational policies
• Quote, bind, and issue new business in accordance with carrier guidelines
• Prospect through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, cross-selling, and community networking
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed established sales and activity goals
• Accurately document client interactions and policies in the agency management system
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and state regulations
