Flooring Sales Specialist Requirements: * MUST have previous sales experience. * We are looking for an aggressive professional with strong closing skills. * Must have a professional demeanor and positive attitude. * Must be well organized and self motivated. * Must have strong mathematical aptitude. * Must have excellent customer service skills - willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. * Flooring sales experience is preferred but we will train the right applicant. * Construction/Remodel experience is an asset. Flooring Sales Specialist Responsibilities: * Provide professional flooring advice and information to customers * Ability to measure job sites and close sales * Keep showroom organized and properly merchandised.
