Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional service that builds lasting relationships. Duties * Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts through regular communication, personalized service, and strategic upselling to maximize revenue. * Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand market reach and increase lead generation. * Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. * Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory sales and brand awareness efforts. * Perform territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Conduct inside sales activities such as cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new leads and nurture prospects. * Participate in product training sessions to stay current on features, benefits, and industry trends relevant to technology and B2B sales. * Support management in developing sales forecasts, setting targets, and tracking performance metrics for continuous growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Expertise in business development, lead generation, and territory management strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach that emphasizes service excellence. * Knowledge of technology products or technical sales experience is highly desirable. * Ability to conduct compelling product demos and upselling techniques that drive revenue growth. * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights. * Effective communication skills for engaging clients across various channels including face-to-face meetings, calls, and virtual presentations. * Experience in inside sales activities like cold calling or direct outreach is a plus. * A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
