About the Role We are a growing foodservice distribution company serving distributions in California and beyond. We are hiring a Junior Account Manager to support a Senior Account Manager and gain hands-on training in account management, customer growth, and distributor operations. This is a training-track role designed for candidates who want to grow into a full Account Manager position. Compensation during this phase is salary-only. Commission eligibility begins once the employee is promoted to Account Manager. Key Responsibilities * Support the Senior Account Manager in managing existing customer accounts * Handle customer communication, follow-ups, pricing updates, and order coordination * Assist with onboarding new customer accounts * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts * Maintain accurate CRM, pricing, and customer records * Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams * Provide bilingual support to customers as needed Requirements * Bilingual proficiency required: English & Chinese or English & Spanish * College graduate required * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred * Sales, customer service, or wholesale/distribution experience strongly preferred * Comfortable working fully in-person * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Language: * Chinese (Preferred) * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
