Job Summary Join State Farm Agency located in Kendall-Miami, FL 33186. We are seeking a qualified professionals to join our winning team for the role of Account Associate to help manage customer service and sales opportunities at the agency. Responsibilities * Full-Time hours of work Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm, NO Weekends, No Nights * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales approach to educate customers about insurance and banking options. Job Requirements: * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. * Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or banking is a strong plus but not mandatory. * Demonstrated success in customer service, outside sales, or telemarketing roles is highly desirable. * Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through strong telemarketing skills. * Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, with performance-based bonuses awarded for achieving quotas. * Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities. * Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive approach to securing client commitment. * Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Maintains a high standard of professionalism and integrity when handling client information and interactions.
