Salary Range: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Paid Parking Bonus Opportunities Appreciation Lunches Growth Opportunities Team Building Events Annual Performance Review Career Growth Opportunities Licensing Assistance is available Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements * Georgia Property and Casualty License preferred, willing to train. * 1+ years of prior sales experience * Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology. * Navigate Microsoft Office Suite and Above-average computer skills * Use office equipment such as computers, multi-line phone systems, copiers, etc. * Ability to type, be detail-oriented, and multitask Responsibilities * Provide exemplary service and have a positive attitude * Prospect for new business for commercial and personal lines from referrals, networking, cold calling, telephone prospecting, warm leads, and other lead sources. * Schedule Appointments and Educate & Advise Clients on their policies * Handle objections , develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Maintain client retention and product loyalty by following up with clients.
