Job Title: Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Phone Sales Company: Directors Cut Location: Rochester, NY (Outbound phone sales to smoke shops and distributors nationwide) About Directors Cut Directors Cut is a fast-growing wellness product brand currently carried in over 100 retail locations across Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY , with active expansion underway nationwide. We specialize in functional wellness products designed for everyday use, and our mission is to build a trusted, recognizable brand in the smoke shop and distributor space across the United States. We are now looking to bring on a motivated, results-driven sales professional to help us expand our retail and wholesale footprint nationwide. Position Overview We are hiring a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on outbound phone sales. This role is responsible for calling smoke shops, wholesalers, and distributors across the U.S. to introduce Directors Cut, build relationships, and secure new accounts. This position starts part-time with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. Schedule & Compensation * Hours: 16 hours per week to start * Pay Structure: * Base hourly pay * Commission on all new sales * Ongoing recurring commission on repeat orders from accounts you bring in * Growth Opportunity: * Potential to move to full-time * Increased pay and responsibility based on results High performers have strong earning potential beyond hourly pay through commission and recurring revenue.
