Overview Are you an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused health insurance agent? ABG Insurance Group is looking for licensed agents to join our in- office team in Sunrise, FL, to help eligible individuals navigate and enroll in Medicare Advantage Plans. We provide the foundation for your success: comprehensive paid training, strong support, and high-quality warm leads. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as an educator for clients on their Medicare options, focusing on Advantage plans. * Manage both inbound and outbound calls with Medicare-eligible clients. * Conduct needs assessments and offer suitable plan recommendations. * Ensure accurate completion of all enrollment forms and documentation. * Maintain strict compliance with CMS and company regulations. * Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrollment and quality performance goals. What We Require: * Active Health Insurance License (or the commitment to obtain one immediately). * Medicare certification (AHIP) is preferred, or the willingness to complete it before starting training. * Exceptional communication and active listening skills. * A reliable, self-starting, and goal-oriented professional attitude. * Comfort and professionalism when communicating with senior citizens. * Basic computer proficiency (experience with CRM, dialer, and email). Work Details: * Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekend shifts are optional during AEP/OEP). * Location: In-Office, Sunrise, FL. Remote Available as well.
