Position Summary

: The Assistant Director - Education Sales supports student success while driving center growth through enrollments, lead generation, and client retention. This role combines sales, customer service, and operational support while working closely with the Center Director.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Enroll new and returning families into Mathnasium programs
• Generate leads through social media, email marketing, and community/school events
• Conduct care calls and progress meetings to ensure family satisfaction
• Support daily center operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications

:

• 1+ year of sales or related experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, motivated, and able to multitask
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Schedule(Summer hours may change):
• Mon-Thu: 1:00 PM-7:30 PM
• Sat: 9:30 AM-2:00 PM
• ~30+ hours/week (flexible)

Compensation

: Hourly pay starting at $16.00/hour plus performance-based sales incentives. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
