Position: Outside Sales Representative Location: Rochester, NY Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 / Year Job Type: Full-time About the Role: This person is responsible for identifying and establishing new sales & rental opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can thrive in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various methods such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events within the assigned territory. * Prepare and negotiate sales proposals that address the client's specific requirements and demonstrate the value of our products or services. * Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction. * Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas on a consistent basis, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. * Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of sales interactions, customer communications, and prospects while providing regular reports to sales manager and other relevant stakeholders. * Promote and sell the full range of product offerings and services that Tracey Road offers. Qualification / Skills * Minimum of (3) years of experience in construction equipment sales or related industries and a proven track record of success. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. * Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
