Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to support a growing team. This role is responsible for the accurate execution of sales orders, quotations, and related office functions, along with providing professional customer support and administrative assistance. This is a temp- to-hire position with the potential to become permanent as business volume continues to increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new and repeat sales orders and quotations.
- Provide customers and internal teams with accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
- Source qualified suppliers that meet company standards.
- Professionally handle customer calls and inquiries.
- Support office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in data/pricing analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and especially Excel.
- Ability to follow established procedures and apply common-sense problem-solving.
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Basic math proficiency (fractions, decimals, measurements). Preferred Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong attention to detail with data entry and cost accuracy. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement, sales, or related administrative experience.

- $25-$30 per hour, based on experience.
