Job Location: Fremont CA Job Hours: 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday Job Requirements: Marketing Roles & Responsibilities * Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the company's website search engine rankings. * Plan, manage, and monitor SEO campaign budgets, including estimating monthly costs and reconciling expenses. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of editorial and marketing practices to drive SEO-focused content creation and content marketing. * Research gallery artwork sales opportunities and identify suitable platforms to increase sales and enhance brand value. * Understand gallery artwork categories and strategically place them on appropriate platforms; actively engage in networking to drive sales. * Identify and utilize social media posting and scheduling tools to improve business visibility and reach. * Set clear, measurable goals to track and demonstrate improvements in marketing performance. * Write compelling, high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to improve search engine results. * Create promotional videos and capture high-quality images for weekly social media and marketing posts. * Update website architecture, content, internal linking, and other SEO factors to improve rankings for target keywords. * Develop and execute new marketing strategies and innovative ideas to support overall business growth. * Build inbound organic search traffic and continuously improve SERP performance. * Stay highly organized, manage assigned tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate tracking of responsibilities. Administrative Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) * Interact with customers on a daily basis in a professional and friendly manner. * Handle student registrations and accurately enter data into the database. * Schedule appointments and meetings; attend phone calls and provide clear, timely information. * Manage all business-related communications, including coordination with landlords, business clients, and accreditation services, to build strong professional relationships. * Manage and monitor social media posts regularly to maintain strong brand presence and rankings. Front Desk Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) * Communicate effectively with gallery visitors, maintaining a positive, welcoming attitude. * Work comfortably in a team environment and accept feedback constructively. * Accurately enter new registration data into Excel sheets and maintain organized records. * Present and explain painting categories clearly; handle sales inquiries, orders, and transactions confidently. * Maintain a pleasant appearance and consistently demonstrate enthusiasm while assisting customers. * Show a positive attitude toward learning new applications and adapting to new tools and processes as required. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Online Marketing and Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * In person Sales and Administration: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
