Responsibilities: * Reach out to leads expecting calls, with unlimited access to those leads provided. * Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance and benefits needs. * Present and educate on various insurance plans and benefits options, empowering clients to make informed choices. * Offer continuous customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to ensure continual growth. Qualifications: * Genuine desire to help people. * Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close deals. * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. * Capability to analyze client needs and deliver personalized solutions. * Familiarity with technology preferred. * Understanding of sales administration processes and procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities.
