Inside Sales Support Specialist Location : Gresham, OR Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Join the Fun at CTI! What You 'll Do As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and stellar client experiences. Your day-to- day will include but not be limited to: * Interacting with high-level clients and executives, handling special requests * Assisting sales staff with client projects by creating quotes * Managing vendor relationships and securing special pricing * Processing orders and tracking progress * Answering customer calls and providing top-notch assistance * Tackling general tasks and challenges with a positive attitude What We 're Looking For We value culture above all. Qualifications: * High school diploma required * 1-2 years of corporate or administrative experience * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office What 's in it for you?
