POSITION DETAILS * Compensation: $25/hour + opportunity to grow * Job Type: Part-Time * Shifts: Morning: 4:30 AM - 10:30 AM + Weekend 6:15 AM - 11:15 AM, Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM + rotating weekends * Schedule: 3-4 weekdays + 1-2 Saturdays (alternating weekends) * Benefits: Complimentary FNS Membership, opportunity to grow, professional development, and incentives WHAT WE 'RE LOOKING FOR A Front Desk Sales Coordinator who represents the heart of the FNS experience: Key Attributes * Passionate, warm, and service-driven * Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Highly reliable and consistent in performance and attendance * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow SOPs with precision * Confident working independently but thrives in a collaborative team environment * Comfortable engaging with clients, answering questions, and supporting coaches * Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and contributing to a culture of personal growth * Knowledge in basic nutrition and training (helpful for supporting member questions) Team Culture Fit * Believes in delivering unreasonable hospitality * Shows up with positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset * Demonstrates respect, professionalism, and accountability * Values systems, structure, and clear communication * Wants to grow both personally and professionally KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Member Enrollment * Serve as the first point of contact for leads and guests with professionalism and warmth * Conduct outreach, schedule trial classes, and book new client consultations * Execute all steps of the FNS Sales Process, including follow-up and lead nurturing * Support membership conversions by communicating value clearly, confidently, and empathetically * Assist with onboarding new members, program sign-ups, and intake questionnaires Hospitality & Experience Delivery * Create a memorable first impression for every individual who walks into the facility * Provide exceptional customer service across all channels--phone, email, text, and in person * Greet members by name, build relationships, and support their success throughout their journey * Communicate company policies clearly, professionally, and with empathy * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and facility environment Operations & Administrative Support * Maintain client accounts, membership changes, and service requests with accuracy * Stay current with class schedules, programs, events, and promotions * Coordinate with coaches and leadership to support daily facility operations * Follow established SOPs and contribute to improving systems and processes * Assist with program logistics, challenges, workshops, and community events * Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to ensure smooth operations REQUIREMENTS Prior sales experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment * Reliability, consistency, and strong time-management skills * Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits * Enthusiastic about wellness, fitness, and helping people * Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MindBody Online, Salesforce, etc. * Experience with Excel, Word, and Office Suite * Strong relationship-building and customer service skills * Understanding of basic nutrition and training principles (helpful but not required) If you're ready to join a high-performance team, make a meaningful impact, and deliver an experience that changes people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
