This role plays a key part in driving revenue by supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination for existing customers while also assisting with targeted prospecting efforts. You will help ensure a seamless, professional, and responsive experience for both current clients and prospective accounts. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination * Schedule discovery calls, demos, and sales appointments * Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and maintain clear communication between customers and sales representatives Sales Support * Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications * Track leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely next steps * Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed * Maintain clean, accurate CRM records Prospecting & Lead Generation * Research and identify new leads using online tools, databases, and outreach campaigns * Qualify prospects based on established criteria * Serve as an initial point of contact for potential clients Administrative Duties * Answer incoming office phone calls * Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Bilingual preferred * Experience with QuickBooks and CRM platforms preferred * Comfortable with phone outreach, research, and prospect interaction * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 3369FL Express Office: Fort Lauderdale 1506 Northeast Fourth Avenue Suite 2 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304
