We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager with a strong background in business development to join a growing, client-focused insurance organization in Miami. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the local market, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to grow a book of business while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts * Drive new business development through referrals, networking, and prospecting * Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their risk and coverage needs * Prepare, review, and present insurance proposals, renewals, and coverage options * Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize account value * Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and policy guidance * Work closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals * Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: * Active Florida 2-20 license (required) * Proven experience as an Insurance Account Manager, Producer, or Client Advisor * Strong business development and sales mindset * Experience managing both new and existing accounts * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus * Familiarity with agency management systems and CRM tools If you're an insurance professional who enjoys developing business, owning client relationships, and growing with a strong team, this could be the right next step.
